4. Reading Reservation Policy

Reservation-based products (such as “Hold My Spot” or reading reservations) are used to secure your place in an upcoming reading cycle.

By purchasing a reservation:

• You are securing a future reading appointment or placement
• Reservation fees are non-refundable
• The reservation amount will be applied toward the total cost of your reading
• If the remaining balance is not paid within the communicated timeframe, your reserved spot may be released

By purchasing a digital product, you agree:

• Not to share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the content
• That all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered

• Once an item is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier

7. Charm Divination Dispatch Mail Club (Subscription Terms)

By subscribing to the Charm Divination Dispatch Mail Club, you agree to the following:

This is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each billing cycle

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date

No refunds are provided for charges already processed

Mid-cycle cancellations do not result in partial refunds

Shipping & Delivery

• Monthly packages are shipped within the stated timeframe
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to postal services

Subscriber Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping and billing information
• Missed deliveries due to incorrect information are not the responsibility of Destiny Charm Divination
• If your subscription billing does not complete successfully, it is your responsibility to cover the monthly charge. Failure to do so will result in you not receiving your edition this month. We will attempt to rebill next month. Please update before your next subscription renewal date.

Limited Availability

Some tiers (especially those including personalized readings) may be limited and offered on a first-come basis.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the offerings:

All readings are non-refundable

All reservation fees are non-refundable

All digital products are non-refundable

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed
