Each month, you’ll receive an envelope filled with magic, inspiration, and goodies centered around an empowering theme that supports your intuition development, inner child healing, and love of snail mail. It's a little happy magic delivered to your mailbox each month.

How it works

  • 1. Subscribe

    Subscribe prior to the 15th and you'll receive this month's mail. Subscribe after the 15th and you'll begin receiving your monthly subscription the following month.

  • 2. Receive your monthly Charm Divination mail

    Mail is sent around the 24th of each month and tracking will be provided to you. 


    Tier 3 will receive an email asking for your intention for your monthly reading around that same time.

  • 3. Use the items for intuition, inner child healing, and ritual

    The action on the Charm-Firmation card will help you.

  • 4. Spread the joy

    Share the magic with someone else by sending the included postcard to a loved one or friend. Or you can send Charm Divination Dispatch as a non-renewing gift (3, 6, 12 month options).

    Is this a recurring subscription?

        Yes. Charm Divination Dispatch Mail Club memberships automatically renew each month until you cancel. Your membership price is charged monthly using the payment method associated with your subscription.

        Want to experience the magic without a monthly commitment? One-month trial options are also available as a separate, one-time purchase.

    When will I be charged each month?

        Your first payment is made when you join. After that, your membership automatically renews monthly based on your subscription's billing date.

        You can view your subscription and billing information anytime through our secure subscription management portal.

    How do I update my mailing address or payment method?

        You can update your shipping address, billing information, and payment method through our secure subscription management portal.

        Because your Mail Club goodies are physically mailed to you, please keep your shipping address current...especially before your next month's package is prepared. 

        Editions are sent around the 24th of the month. If you plan to change your address around that time please contact me.

    What happens if my payment fails?

        If a subscription payment can't be completed, you'll receive information about the payment issue so you can update your payment method.

        If you receive a payment notification, follow the secure instructions provided or visit the subscription management page to review your payment information.

    How do I cancel my membership?

        You can cancel your Mail Club membership through our secure subscription management portal.

        When you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. You won't be charged for another renewal after your cancellation takes effect.

    Can I change my membership tier?

        Yes! Members can switch between Tier 1 and Tier 2 through the subscription management portal.

        Because Tier 3 includes a personalized monthly charm reading and is limited to only 20 active members, upgrades to Tier 3 depend on availability.

        If Tier 3 is full, you can remain in Tier 1 or Tier 2 while you wait for an opening.

    Is Charm Divination Dispatch available outside the U.S.?

        Tier 1 can be mailed internationally to supported destinations available during checkout.

        Because Tier 2 and Tier 3 include additional physical items and package shipping, they are currently available within the United States only.

        Availability for your location will be shown during checkout.

    How is my Mail Club package shipped and tracked?

        Shipping is included with your membership—there are no additional monthly shipping charges.

        Tier 1: Mailed as happy mail, with LetterTrack tracking available for U.S. deliveries.

        Tier 2 & Tier 3: Shipped as USPS packages with tracking included.

        You'll receive the appropriate delivery information for your membership tier.

    What happens if Tier 3 is full?

        Tier 3 is intentionally limited to 20 active members because every Tier 3 member receives a personalized charm reading created especially for them each month.

        When all 20 spots are filled, Tier 3 enrollment closes. Depending on availability, you may be able to join the waitlist—or join Tier 2 and enjoy the Mail Club while you wait for a Tier 3 opening.

    Can I try the Mail Club without subscribing?

        Yes! If you'd like to experience the Mail Club before committing to a recurring membership, you can purchase a one-month trial as a one-time purchase.

        It does not automatically renew, so there's no subscription to cancel.

    Can I return my Mail Club package or receive a refund?

        Because each Mail Club edition is prepared specifically for that month's members, Mail Club packages are not returnable and subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.  

        Of course, if something arrives damaged, an item is missing, you receive the wrong item, or there's a problem with your order or billing, please contact us. We'll review the issue and make it right when appropriate.
